Sage's Bad A$! Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1/2 cup couscous, prepared according to box directions
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 cup turnips, shredded
6 radishes, cubed
1 green onion, quartered and thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, quartered and sliced
1/2 cup chives, diced
1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
Wasabi sesame chevre
1-2 heads of your favorite lettuce, leaves separated


Directions
Toss all ingredients through chevre with Chili Oil Vinaigrette. Place one spoonful of mixture in each lettuce leaf, and roll up. Try adding grilled chicken, fish, or tofu for a more filling version.
